The current project I have in mind is an app that connects phones via Bluetooth, Wifi or mobile internet/LTE (depending on range, connection, etc.) that allows them to share/play music between the two. I'd like to further discuss the project in more detail, especially because I'd really like to see a social media aspect come into play here as well. Current budget is set up to $1,000. Price is negotiable, as I am not an expert on what app development costs, but as always, best pitch + lowest proposed cost is going to get my attention/win the bid.
