Block Locality Caching for Data Deduplication

Hi, If you take a look at my feedback page, you will see that my first project on Freelancer involved extending a data deduplication library. I have since worked with that employer briefly on a related deduplication scheme that is essentially the same as the ones dealt with in your attached paper (i.e.Rabin-Karp based chunking, and chunking/compressing of the chunk indices). I read through the paper, and it will be very easy for me to implement their design. If there are any additional specifications for this project, please send them to me, along with the portion that you have already written. Also let me know what the time frame is for delivering this.
