Build small website into Kentico CMS 5.5

We require an existing website to be built into Kentico CMS 5.5. The deliverable is a Kentico site package that can be imported using the Site Manager, resulting in a website identical to the existing site. The existing site is available to view at [login to view URL] Features overview: 1. 8 mostly sparse pages including the home page 2. The login form on the front page logs the user into an external site 3. There are two contact forms, the 'request login' form stores contact data in the database, both this form and the 'lost password' form generate emails 4. The contact form data is browseable/editable and downloadable in CSV format by a site administrator 5. There is a second custom database table with market data that is displayed in a graph on the front page 6. The site queries the market data provider every minute for updates and stores the data in the market data table Requirements: General CMS functionality, including, but not limited to: - All pages should be built so that there is no duplication of code - Content copy should be editable in a code-free manner by content editors - There should be a relationship between pages and menu items so that new pages appear in the menu - Some pages should be possible to hide from the menu (as per the demo site) - The sitemap page should be automatically updated and reflect the site - Images and documents etc should be managed through the CMS - Internal links should be defined through CMS and not be hard-coded - Any other features that maintain referential integrity when changes are made General: - The market data is queried via HTTP GET and is returned in XML or JSON (detailed spec will be provided) - The implementation should be clean, i.e. no dead content or code must be left behind (other than code in comments) - Any custom code should be readable and adequately commented - The site can be implemented within the limitations of the Kentico free licence Terms: - Job must be completed within 10 days of award. - We do not prepay for any work - We will release 50% of the project amount when we can view a hosted test site/admin interface and 50% upon successful inspection of the delivered files.
