Hi there, I believe you have changed the IP address from some reason and Google locked you out. Have you maybe used some proxy server or similar? That is what happened to me several time and if that is case with you just let me know. There is a form you need to open and let Google know you opened the email account from IP location (probably IP in another country or so). Also you may have some attacker tried your gmail accounts from abroad or so? That could be even some of your freelancers (in case you hired someone recently)... If that is the case than you can expect him/her to submit his/her proposal here.. Just wondering what might have gone wrong... Looking forward to hearing from you. Regards

this problem always happen on my customer, so i know how to resolve this problem. On your side, just do install team viewer software so i can remote your computer and so i can resolve your problem.

The issue your having has to do with having the correct settings from Gmail's side before configuring Outlook to connect to it. I have the requisite expertise to carry out this task quickly for you. if you have allowed imap in google account settings, not much root causes can be. Please contact if you wish and we can try to findout why its not working. first thing you need to check your google account settings, make sure Allow access for less secure apps is checked. Im sure problem with this setting in your account,

Hi. This is a common issue. Most likely Google's 2 stage verification has been activated and is causing this problem. Just have to log online reconfigure the login process and then use the new settings to reconfigure outlook and everything should work as normal. It will probably take >1 hour.
