Building desktop node js application

The way I distribute my application just now is by making an exe file using Nexe, and then including this exe file and all other non node js files in a folder (see the picture I uploaded). I have tried to make an app using Inno Setup and other methods, but it doesn't seem to work because it doesn't package puppeteer correctly, or it doesn't check the licensing of the product correctly. The exe file is made up of [login to view URL] (main code) and [login to view URL] (checks the user is using a valid license key, this is why [login to view URL] is needed to store a token that the API returns if the license key is valid). When attempting to package the folder into an app, with various softwares, I have had problems with the licensing function not working, or puppeteer functions not working. So this job is - can you please make this into an app with an installer like Inno Setup provides, that works for Windows and a version which works for Mac.
