BI Reporting Technician

We are currently looking for a BI Reporting Technician.<br /><br /><strong>Main Tasks</strong><br /><br />-Build reports, dashboards and perform ad-hoc analysis in MS Excel, BI Office <br />-(Pyramid Analytics), Salesforce and specific client tools.<br />-Perform periodic reporting tasks included within team agenda.<br />-Deliver general support within the team, focusing on systems, tools and services team is accountable for including recurring maintenance and monitoring tasks as specified by Operations Manager.<br />-Support internally BI team Analysts and technicians to deal with peak workload.<br />-Ensure integrity and quality of tools and services provided, specially focusing on business data accuracy and consistency.<br />-Detect and proactively escalate to team management and client any possible conflict within team delivery planning which compromise due dates.<br />-Effectively contribute maintaining and completing team documentation.<br />-Prepare, attend and present business reviews in a quarter basis.<br />-Identify business opportunities through improvement of processes both internally and externally.<br /><br /><strong>General Program commitments:</strong><br /><br />-Follow Company and internal program procedures, specially enforcing single-point of contact and communication.<br />-Attend requests according to service levels, with special attention to due date agreements with client.<br />-Support the team and whole IT service attending incidents and maintenance requirements of the infrastructure.<br />Collaborate with the team to continuously improve procedures and tools.<br /><br /><strong>We offer</strong><br /><br />-Full-time and long-term contract<br />-39hrs/week contract from Monday to Friday <br />-Relocation Package (if you are living abroad)<br />-Internal Development Program<br /><br /><strong>Requirements</strong><br /><br />-IT Degree with at least 2 years experience in similar position.<br />-Very high Excel skills.<br />-SQL knowledge (any language).<br />-English compulsory at high level, especially skills to communicate via email and presentations.<br />-Working knowledge of IT Platform, equipment, and applications.<br />-Business knowledge and commercial awareness.<br /><br /><strong>Personal abilities:</strong><br /><br />-Team work is a must.<br />-High capacity of analysis.<br />-Very good communication skills.<br />-High organizational capacity to deal with heavy and peak workload.<br />-Ability to implement and manage continuous change.<br /><br />***The recruitment processes and people involved in them (both recruiters and Project Managers) will not discriminate any candidacy because of age, disability, ethnic, marital status, gender, nationality, ideology, politic, race, religion and sexual orientation.***
