move OpenCart from windows server to Linux server, and two minor fixes - repost

This is a quick and simple job for an experienced OpenCart coder: I have OpenCart installed on a Windows Hosting account with a test domain. This is not very suitable, and required quite a few unsafe file permissions to be set. I now have another hosting account..LINUX (with the SAME hosting provider) I need a coder to do the following, in THIS order: Part 1 1. Move OpenCart (including Database) from Windows Hosting to Linux hosting ( http://docs.opencart.com/display/opencart/Moving+OpenCart+to+a+new+server ) 2. Make sure that OpenCart is setup safely, with unnecessary file permissions changed. ( http://docs.opencart.com/display/opencart/Basic+security+practices ) Here the .Htaccess part may be a problem....?? Not sure how to deal with that, maybe it is something I need to do myself from my computer 3. Change the domain name is OpenCart setup 3. Ensure that ALL modules are still working 4. Make sure that my OpenCart installation is 100% the same as it was before the move Part 2 Another coder did something, I don't know what, but my Heading 1 does not work! In CKeditor, any text that I format as Heading 1 does NOT display. Heading 2, 3 etc. display with no problems. I need this Heading 1 problem fixed...you can use the Welcome module to test this, but the problem is also in products descriptions and any modules that use the CKeditor Part 3 I have bought the extension ' Opencart SEO Pack PRO' ( [login to view URL] ) I need you to follow the instructions and set this up in OpenCart...especially Steps 1 and 2 I do NOT require you to enter keywords or do any actual SEO work. I ONLY need this module installed and working, as per the module and OpenCart instructions (PDF attached and http://docs.opencart.com/display/opencart/SEO+keywords )
