OsCommerce Modifications & Security

I need several modifications done to my website and monies can be paid immediately after the work is finished to satisfaction. I need these modifications done quickly and most importantly ACCURATELY. I will only consider those with feedback that is significant in number and with a 9.8 rating and above. Here is a list of what is needed. 1. 4 boxes in the middle of my main oscommerce page that will be able to feature articles that will be written by staff writers. 2. 2 boxes that feature new items and link to those items on a seperate OScommerce category. 3. A forum. I also need it to be stipulated that this forum must be able to be modified as far as aesthetics are concerned, (i.e. css coding). It also must feature user profiles and give the user ability to have photographs as their icons. It is not necessary that this forum be fluid with the shop login just so long as it has the above details it is alright. This forum must also be either freeware or below 100USD for the license. I will purchase it as soon as one is picked out that has the above specifications. 4. Adjust the banner width to stipulated proportions that will be given in details later. 5. Put in box for newsletter sign up. 6. Insert in code to not list number of products within a given category. 7. Install SSL certificate onto the site. 8. On the product categories when a product is chosen I want that product to remain in the top box and the rest of the category to be below it. So if, for example, someone chooses a product they can view it and it will still be on the screen but with the remaining items of the category listed below it. (examples of this must be placed so i can verify it is done to specifications) 9. There must be at least 15 products to one page in 3 columns. (examples will need to be seen in order to assure this is done to specification.) 10. If anything else should arise that is needed for the site, suggested by either you and i, i will negotiate additional monies for work that is done accordingly and in addition to this post.
