Can you give details about how fast do you need the work to be done? How many layered PCB is it? What kind of shape are you looking for? What kind of the circuit is it? This is the most important question, as if you need antenna inside the PCB then I am not your guy. I will provide Layout and Gerber files. But BOM file heavily depends upon the schematic file, so if the schematic file is designed using proper components and values then generating BOM is pretty straight forward.
