I am seeking a freelancer with the right skills and experience to create an interactive, fillable PDF form for me. The form will be used to collect customer information and should follow the format I have already defined. I have included an attached PDF indicating the total number of fields required. The freelancer should also have the capability to make some small changes to the document content if needed. The form should be optimized to allow customers to fill it out quickly, yet accurately. Additionally, it needs to feature the latest encryption and security protocols to maintain the integrity of the data being collected. Lastly, I need the freelancer to create a process to be able to easily understand the data when it is collected. The cover page needs to refer to the Terms & Conditions pages following. This project requires proficiency in Adobe applications, as well as excellent attention to detail. Strong design skills are also appreciated to ensure that the final document is visually attractive. Please note that quality matters more than speed on this project; the deliverable should be of the highest standard.
