I am designing a program that allows a user to draw a basic room layout or floorplan. I am using VB2008. I am using "snap-to-grid" code and it works fine but i need to be able to draw lines that display the length of the lines drawn in "feet" and also i need it to display a short 45-degree angle line that represents doorways.
