Seeking a PHP-experienced developer to take on a PHP content acquisition engine that parses full-text articles from a high volume of news-related sites. A PHP-based, dedicated server and 75% of the infrastructure is already built, we seek more specifically someone who can write a 'rules engine' that understands and parses various sites' template layouts.

Prior experience parsing editorial sites and the willingness to deliver QA'd results that manifest as full-length content is required.
