Files Control web application

A web application in asp.net and MSSQL where you upload, edit, delete files using certain work flows for each process, The application should include user management to create/edit/delete user and add them to certain groups which will be created. A screen to create departments and add groups/users to those department. create folders/subfolders to add files under them. the navigation of folders and subfolders should be like a tree view. Reporting/Charts facilities for number of files and some statistics. Extra details requirements can be sent to the selected coder in next communication. ## Deliverables A full detailed documents of the project will be send to qualified coders.
