We would like programmers who already have the e-Leave and e-Time Sheet software to bid on our project.
This is urgently required and we will need to integrate this into our Jobsite for our clients. It will be a hosted solution and our clients should be able to a get an API that will link to their websites as well. Some clients will log on directly to their mini website within our main site to handle their processes.
Mind you this is a long term interaction with the successful bidder as development and improvement will be continuous.
There is more mon ey to be made afterward once we have implemented the solution as all the client integration will be your money. We will be very protective of the system source code.
We will pay US$300 for it and sign an SLA agreement for future development and our clients integration.

Employees updates daily time-in and time-out for attendance tracking. Information are consolidated and integrated to payroll for processing.
E-Appraisal
Employee access their skills and view manager's recommendations and feedback for enhancing their skills.
E-Claims
Employees view and submit claims and reimbursements. Consolidates many claim types to a single form within a single application. Managers can approve a single or multiple claims from subordinates.
E-Booking
Booking of company resources from rooms to projectors, notebooks, meeting rooms to company vehicles and more.
E-Training
Employees view training schedules, sign up for training courses, update Learning Needs, rate individual knowledge, skills and abilities and submit training application courses.
E-Library
Employees view company's policy, download forms, brochures, newsletters. Include version control for easy administration.
