Need a Website to accept information from iphone App

I need a website that will accept data from an iphone application. ? This project is NOT for the iphone app only for the website that works with the iphone app. The site needs to accept a 1. picture 2. and 5 different fields of data (name, date, address, etc..) the website needs to have a login / registration for users User account section Homepage with photo's / info posted from phone apps Google map with pointers for the addresses voting system for users comments section for users I would prefer this site be done with .Net / C# and SQL in the back end. I would image the user list registration would all be in a table and then there would be another table for all the pictures and data. ? I just do not know how to allow the site to accept the data from the phone app. The phone app will authenticate using the user list table in sql. ? In phase two I would like the Iphone app to download data from the site based on your profile configuration.
