Upgrade VS2003 Web app to VS2005

We need an upgrade to our existing VisualStudio 2003 .NET Web application ??" but it will need to be done manually not through the upgrade wizard. The VS2005 version must be a true 2005 version where the files are organized like a new 2005 web application ([login to view URL]) 2. A new design must be applied using MasterPages (see attached [login to view URL]). 3. Allow for meta-tags need to be added dynamically. 4. Change all datagrids to dataviews 5. URL Rewrite - Use [login to view URL] URL rewrite component to rewrite specified URLs. 6.
