Mini banners Graphics Design Work

Here's what I need: 1. A small graphic I can use in conjunction with my a PayPal button for accepting payments. I'd rather use my own button, in place of the standard [login to view URL] provided button. 2. A blank banner I can use to use different text when I have a special announcement. I heard there is a way I can use CSS to place text over a blank banner; so, this is what I'd like to do. Please provide simple directions on how I can accomplish this with the CSS and blank banner. Preferable size 300 wide by 100 in height. 3. A medium sized shopping cart image, with the text: Ocean Sky Shop Please bid a fair amount for this specific work. I don't think this should be a major job for any experienced artist.
