$200 For A Toolbar. Start NOW!

Hey, I need a toolbar that will be compatible with Internet Explorer And FireFox. What the toolbar needs to do is look at text I hightlight and recognise 2 word phrases as well as longer phrases (3,4,5,6,7,8 word phrases etc). Then it needs to tell me what those phrases are as well as how many times each one was used in the highlighted text. This feature is for recognizing what keywords have been used in the text. Then, the toolbar also needs to list the keywords listed in the META keyword tags on the site I am currently visiting, list those keywords in a drop down when i click a button and tell me how many times they were used in the highlighted text. Another the toolbar needs to do is give me a list of first 20 websites that rank in google (US Geotargetted) for each particular keyword that the toolbar lists. I should also be able to save all that data for Excell or Open Office Spreadsheets for future viewing. The toolbar needs to have good, AJAX type design (with drop downs and such) Also, the users of the toolbar can rate sites up or down and the best sites will show up in the bar as well as the worst ones. Thank you. ps. The toolbar needs to be custom coded from scratch. It won't be good if you're plannig to just gather some stuff from the internet and throw it into a toolbar.
