Site modifications

We currently have an auction site ( [login to view URL] )that needs some modifications done to it. Our selling process, inventory tracking, and contact us page needs to be updated. For our contact us page we would like it to be similar to [login to view URL]'s. ( [login to view URL] )As for our selling process we would like it to be similar to ebay's in every way. We want it to auto populate categories from keywords from the item description, and to also give the sellers a different choices if similar items are placed else where, if the seller does not feel that those represent the item best they should be able to manually select itmes. As for the payment details we have many to select from so which ever ones we activate the user should have the capabilty of using for direct payments. They should also be able to use our voucher codes if given one. Please review this process at [login to view URL] . As for the final part of our project we need a powerful desktop listing tool for bulk sellers. We need them to be able to manage their inventory and basically control their whole entire store. We would like a copy of Blackthorne Pro for this project, but in addition to this we would also like to have it do the following: Needs to import auctions from Turbolister Needs to synchronization to check for new site updates Needs to be able to auto select categories by looking for keywords in title and description when importing a from Turbolister and CSV files. (Auto suggestion, with the option to select yes to all) Import CSV files Must be able to duplicate items Must have option to auto relist item Must work with the sites functions We had a previous bid of $700 for this project but the developers will not be able to get to it until the end of March. We would like to get this done sooner but how fast it gets completed is not what we are looking for. We are looking for a good source code, as well as a new long term relationship with a new group of developers. I will put half the money in escrow and the other half will be delivered upon completion and fuctioning on my site. Thanks and good luck,
