Internet Connection Timer

I currently renting internet connected computer to the internet users in my neighborhood. I use dial-up networking (modem) to connect to the ISP. To calculate the rent charge, I have to assign somebody to check the time used by the users and calculate the time by the rate. I will change the way users pay by using the coin (like public telephone booth). So everytime the coin is inserted, a small program (preferably VB) will displaying the remaining time available (say 10 minutes; should be adjustable by the admin) and start the count down. When the count down reach zero, the connection to the internet should be ended / disconnected. The program should have the capability of extending the remaining time available if users inserting another coin. The coin insertion can be after some time the service is used or at the begining (e.g. two coin are inserted). I used WinXp home edition o.s., users should only have the abilily to connect to the internet and all other access to the computer (harddisk, control panel, registry, etc)should be blocked/disable. Only admin have the ability to do that. For audit purpose, the usage should be logged (preferably in MsAccess). No server/client deployed, every computer connect seperately to the internet. I'm far from techy, so please let me know the type of coin box required for this purpose. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Windows XP Home Edition ## Deadline information Since the program should be tested with the specific type of coin box which is not all type of coin box are available in Indonesia. Small modification to the program might be occured to finetuning it with the coin box.
