Part time developer & systems administrator

We're looking for a part time developer to retain for the next 3 months. We have projects built in php, c and c++. The developer should be an expert at using Zend Framework, mysql, php, linux/unix, apache and general systems config. They should also be conversant with the doctrine ORM, and various version control systems, and unit testing. Graphics design skills are a plus. The developer should be willing to work on US time from time to time, and also on GMT+3 time & be able to meet and collaborate with other developers remotely.
