Write a Requirements Specification

I need for my project a professional Requirements Specification. I plan to develop a new Internet web2.0 Project and need a person who is familiar with new web technologies and has sufficient knowledge in writing about how to develope web projects. I will show you 2-3 websites and my point of view and you will have to think about how this can be improved, on what platform it should be written(RubyonRails,other frameworks, Java etc.)and write about functions for users, admins, etc. You will have to compile a professional document that will be used as a blueprint during the development phase. Please be sure that you will have to write a Requirements Specification and give me recommendation on which technologie to use etc. Please submit 1 or 2 Requirements Specifications that you have recently completed so that I can review these to understand your capabilities.
