I need someone to create a Knowledge Base System like bellow. It will be create with PHP and MySQL not .NET with MS SQL. The Knowledgebase page should be simple like MS's: [login to view URL];EN-US;kbhowto&sd=GN&=EN-US&FR=0 There should also be an advanced search option like: [login to view URL] I would like people to be able to post solutions in the Database, if possible I would like to review the entries first before they go into the Database. The entry should be forward to an email address with a link to approve or reject the Knowledge Base entry. Would be great if the form could populate the DB automatically after approved. My budget for this is between $100 - $150, not more. Please do not bid if you are bidding over than my budget. Happy Bidding!
