Help me implement Zurmo CRM in my company

Our company has a call center that is used to capture clients. We would like to use zurmo crm, particularly its gamified aspect to help increase engagement. I already have it installed on a digitalocean server, what I need it's to configure it so all the the selling process it's included on it. The selling process it's simple: 1) We call companies and offer them a demonstration of our service. 2) When they accept, they fill out a form and we get a DEMO request. 3) We approve the request, do the demonstration and guide them trough a tour of the service. 4) The seller does the follow ups until they agree to acquire our service. 5) A third person does the payment follow up for all the sellers. We need to track the performance of all the people involved using kpi. The main ones would be the number of DEMO's and sells per day, week and months. We want to have all the process gamified.
