API For Maximizer 5.0

Create a simple API in Microsoft .NET C# code that reads and writes names and addresses in a Maximizer 5.0 file. I have used Maximizer for 10 years and have a database of 4000 contacts. I don't want to switch to another contact manager, but I want to be able to add/remove/update name, address and phone information using other applications. I am a Microsoft .NET C# developer but I don't have time to figure out the file format for the Maximizer files. The developer will: * Figure out the Maximizer 5.0? file format, which is a B-Trieve format. * Create a C# library using Microsoft .NET * Write functions that search and retrieve, add, update, and delete from the Maximizer 5.0 database. Using these functions I will then be able to write applications that update the Maximizer files. ## Deliverables A sample database is attached. If required I can Fedex a Maximizer 5 disk so you can install it, run it and open the database.
