Automated Website like Mini Site with Dowloadable eBook

I need someone to help me duplicate a site similar to [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] From my understanding, this is a simple site. I am working on a digital product and have nearly finished so I need a site to launch my product. I will provide the links and copy/text. I need someone to set up the structure for the site with templates and design. Please keep it simple, no fancy stuff please. I will provide the clickbank details. I may also need to get graphics for site down and ebook cover but please quote separately for this and I will include it as a bonus. Please quote for project.
