charity ''pool stats'' hurry

Hello, I am the project leader for "The break project" it is a project we have (charity) to help kid's getting off drugs and stay in school. We have recieved a donation of money for two pool tabels, but we kindly need some sort of stats logg. What you build is your choice but there must be an open field that does add users and a save button. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
