Help Convert HTML -> PHP

I need help converting my .html document so that I may include a php script called shares.php. I need it inside of a table. My html is all formatted and nice looking, how do I implement the php script into the table? HELP! If you know the answer and can GUIDE me to through this, this will be the easiest 10 dollars you'll ever make. First person to send me the answer I will release the escrow.
