Mobile Application (Symbian, Blackberry and PDA)

The need is to give the consumers the ability to order food with a mobile device via a web interface. It will be a simple application. Screen to prompt the user what they want to purchase. Company has about 3 products they want to sell. Next to the products have a drop down of the quantity. Next screen would be seat location (Text Box). Display message order has been placed. The company gets an email of the order. (we want to get the email address from PDA) Once the company completes an order, send an email or message back to the customer. Suggestions are welcomed to make the process easier. My concern is the limitation of what kind of devices can place an order. Can a cell phone with web access place an order? Would it be better to build a template that consumers can input and order and send?.
