We need a program that will take the ODP (Open Directory Project) data files and parse the data into a MS SQL Server 7 database. The data files are in XML format and sample structures can be downloaded at [login to view URL] We have created the database structure that will be used and it contains 2 tables. All other features of the database will be taken care of by us. ## Deliverables Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
