Outlook Form - Extend Contact Info

We are currently using outlook with exchange server. We also have an older Foxpro application that was used for contact management. We also have quickbooks and are using it to sync data between Outlook and Exchange. What is needed: There will be a one time port of the data from Foxpro to Exchange and Syncronized with current Quickbooks/Exchange data. The Foxpro tables consist of about 10 lookup tables and have some detail associated with the contact. We would like the Primary contact data to reside in SQL Server as well as exchange and the additional data to reside in SQL Server. The current contact management piece in Foxpro fits on a single screen only. There are a few reports which appear to be duplicated within Outlook. So in Summary, the needs are: **An existing Outlook contact form that has a tab to support the additional fields that reside in MS SQL tables - Possibly via ADO. **Any successful development in this area will have further work down the line for potential additional customization and web based access for contacts to update there own data. There will also be future report needs. These needs will be within a 1 month time frame. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform This application is running on Outlook 2003 and exchange server 2003. There will be a remote Windows XP session created to test the application. A full remote virtual environment will be set up ahead of time as needed by the developer.
