Paid Directory/Link Site

Need designer/developer to generate the following Paid reference/link site, nothing fancy, stick with a text based scenario, No Flash, just nice looking to emulate the following sites [[login to view URL]][1] [[login to view URL]][2] [[login to view URL]][3] [[login to view URL]][4] [[login to view URL]][5] [[login to view URL]][6] need the following to happen 1) home page offers looking (searching) or listing sections 2) looking part should have a directory of States (possible map), then the user should be able to drill down to town/city, should also have a search feature on page to look for town directly. Make granular. 3) The listing page portion (alpha sort) should allow person to place their text link in the state-city/town of their choice (pull downs). Their information should also include a hyper link to their website. Choices should allow for bold (extra dollars), also, choices for more towns at additional fee. Also a fee for mug shot or logo to go with text link. (Browse function) There needs to be an edit feature that allows them to change information for an additional charge at anypoint during the course of the paid year. 4)Pay via paypal or other cc processing, this is one year auto renew (can this be done with paypal?) with a email reminder to the user. Must verify payment before submission and allow for declines to be resubmitted for payment. 5)Capture email regardless of where they are in the sign in process. 6) regular disclaimers for inappropriate links, images, not responsible for content, those that abuse...... any input is more than welcome will need all scipts, databases, html pages, images can be done in asp.net or php, no perl ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform This site is currently hosted on a Linux machine, PHP versions 4+, no CVS modules, MySQL. Any work must perform successfully on the standard *Nix, apache, php, mysql web server setup.
