PHP/MySQL minor fixes + system review

I have an extranet based system developed in PHP/MySQL. I require someone with the correct skills to fix the following for me: 1. The system has an integrated webmail system - Uebimiau (refer <[login to view URL]>) Since we migrated our server to PHP 5 (previously PHP 4) we have issues in deleting large emails. I require this to be fixed. 2. Only some users (users login into the system and are given certain rights when they login) should have access to 'Add File' but this is now appearing for all users. Used to only be available for select users and I require this to be fixed. 3. Remove the '1' that is appearing at the bottom of each screen. 4. Admin Menu - Manage List of New Files, Add To List of New Files, File dropdown list to be sorted alphabetically. I believe this should be a simple sort statement added to the SQL. 5. File Name of file in the libarary is showing the temporary given filename instead of the uploaded file name. This is only for new files so I believe incorrect data is being saved to this field when the file is uploaded to the system. Review 6. The time taken for the File Library folder and file tree to load in the screen when initially login to the system and after viewing a PDF file and returning to the folder/file tree. May need to be rewritten as a seperate project. 7. Time taken for PDF files to be viewed in a broser from this application. If you compare it to <[login to view URL]> (example pdf). Again this may result in the initiation of a seperate project to fix it. Link and logins will be supplied to selected coders that we deem capable of completing this project after reviewing your initial response. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform PHP MySQL Fedora Core 4
