set up links page for my website

I want an html page(s) for my site so that I can participate in Link exchanges with companies seeking likewise. Basically the the link excahnge page itself should look something like <[login to view URL]> or [[login to view URL][65].htm][1] and it's following pages with instructions on how to reciprocate. I like the simple layouts. Although you can make other designs if you wish. I would like you to use the same colors and logo as my existing website. I want a simple design that I can edit and update the links with my rudimentary knowledge of html and Dreamweaver I will also want a link on the home page of my website pointing to the link partners page. I will provide my website url, ftp info so that the winning bidder can upload the finished goods. I will want to view the work in progress on your temporary server before you upload to my site. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
