Need Phase 0 (Market Testing/Proof) of a social media application developed: 1. Simple Registration * First Name * Last Name * User Name * Unique Password Combination (...based on shapes/objects/colors on the front-end: for example, "red star, blue box, green moon, purple diamond, purple diamond) 2. Simple Profile * Profile Information options will be fixed, with answers to profile questions selected from drop-down/check-box options only (no free form text options) * Upload Profile Photo ONLY (...which must have System Administration approval before posting) - no additional photos will be uploaded * Listing of Friends 3. Simple Search For and Add A Friend Option * Send Friend Request * Approve Friend Request 4. Send "Electronic Cards" within the Application Only (no free-form text messaging) * Receive a Card * Send a Card Back **A SIGNED NON-DISCLOSURE DOCUMENT WILL BE REQUIRED** ## Deliverables **ABSOLUTE REQUIREMENTS** * Application should be developed in an open-source language (i.e. PHP) * User Interface/User Experience design is equally important as Web Development (i.e. if you can "code" great, but your graphical capabilities are not equally impressive... you are most likely NOT the right fit for us) * This is a Phase 0/Market Test. ** We prefer simplicity over complexity. ** We prefer a quick initial release - Feedback - Refine vs. long development (i.e. this should be able to be released within weeks vs. months) **PREFERENTIAL TREATMENT** * We realize "equity" compensation is not ideal for every individual - however, special consideration/treatment will be given to those individuals willing to consider equity for Phase 0/Market Test development (MUST BE US BASED) ** Take a look at any successful bootstrap organization, and its all about equity in the initial round ** Founder has sold over $1.5 billion in software over the last 10 years... and knows sales and marketing ** No promises can be made for success, but those willing to take a little initial risk (...remember, we are NOT seeking a fully functional, complex out of the box solution, but a simple "market proving" application) - have potential for long term position/gains ** **
