Update PHP online invoice software - Well documented with mockups

We need someone to update some features in our Invoice software. Below are our requirements. Attached are sample mockup images made in photoshop to layout EXACTLY how it is suppose to be put together. There is a document inside the zip that corresponds to each image names as well and give more explanation on eahc screen. 1) Fix recurring invoices. Every time a recursion happens, a NEW invoice should be generated. To be honest, not quite sure how the recursion works right now. 2) The ability to show all recurring invoices 3) Allow the ability to edit the Site Url to include an S for secure server 4) Rip out the current serial code verification and add PHP Audit code. 5) Give the ability to attach the invoice as a PDF file. They can chose from one or the other or both. 6) The ability to make multiple payments towards an invoice. 7) The notes section and message section currently cut off at a certain point. The ability to add more verbiage. 8) Add a PayPal module for online payments. 9) Get rid of the freeze action. Invoices will then not have to be frozen to be paid. 10) Make the recurrence section more robust. 11) Fix the yearly invoice chart. 12) Fix the code to allow it to be encoded by ion cube. 13) Add private sections to the data entry customization for the invoices and estimates. Meaning, fields will be added to the form to create estimates and invoices, but these fields WILL NOT be visible to the customer, only to the users of the system. 14) Also, forgot one other thing. Need to add support for various currencies, including, the Euro, the Canadian Dollar, and The British pound. So, that makes 4 currencies total including the American Dollar which is already built in. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
