Online Budget & Debt Planner

We run a non-profit organization that helps families budget and pay off their debt to become debt free. We need a membership area and custom financial planning software developed for our Financial Coaches to use. 1st The Members Area: The members area of the site is to be developed in PHP or compatible with Linux servers. We have our site located at [[login to view URL]][1] on a Linux server. Users should be able to go online, register, receive a password via email (which they can change later) and login to their members area. The members area will have several links possibly to the a personal? file folder where they can upload documents for their coaches, links to track their expenses in the software below,? and be able to print the financial plan that was developed with the software below. 2nd The Financial Planning Software: The software needs to be online so our coaches can access it from anywhere in the world. Each coach should have their own login and password assigned by us the company. The software will take inputs of "Client Information", "Estimate Budget", "Evaluate Budget", "Facilitate Budget". The client information page will just be contact information about the client and their family. Each budget page (Estimate, Evaluate, Facilitate) will take input for several sections of a personal budget (Housing, Transportation, Entertainment, Etc.) The Evaluate page will allow the user to? enter and track? their daily spending? by catagorizing each expenditure. After entering an expense the client can see a? graph of where they are compared to what they estimated for that particular category. The facilitate budget will be similar in the fact that expenditures will be entered in but it will compare the? expense entry? with the custom plan that the Financial Coach setup for that client (the Facilitate Budget). If? the expense is? under budget the graph? should stay green and if it went over budget it turns red. These plans (Estimate, Evaluate, Facilitate) should be printable for client to print and review. The software should allow coaches to enter in debt accounts, their balances, minimum payments and interest rates and once their done the program should be able to tell the client how soon they will be out of debt. It should display their current timeline and then if the coach puts in additional $100 it should show the effect of adding $100 a month to repaying the clients debt. We want client to get out of debt as soon as possible so we need to know their debt free date.
