Change the upload script for my website

My website: [login to view URL] main feature is to send large files. The upload process is managed by a perl script called tesupload, which makes the website very slow. I encourage you to test the site yourselves to see that its uncommonly slow. I would like you to change this script, with one that is faster, that has a progress bar with percentage and gives speed, and calculates time left. It would be nice if the look of this progress bar can be customized (I will send you the look I want) The upload script need to be installed in the 4 levels of the website: Level 1: Unregistered visitors can send up to 100MB Level 2: Free registered users can send files up to 250 MB Level 3: Premium users can send files up to 1GB Level 4: One-time paying users can send up to 1 GB I also have a video explaining the structure of the website, that I can send you via PM
