Design Healthcare website in GoLive 6

I would like to have a website design in GoLive 6 for ExplainHSA.com. I will need someone to fully understand what HSA (Health Savings Account) is and help me "explain" it on this site. There are many websites such as <[login to view URL]> for you to research. I don't want a page of just text, however, because it will look boring. I'd like the first page to be broken up with a "more" hyperlink so several topics can be put on one page. I need a basic set of pages with a fresh clean look - not too busy or cluttered. I need a "Forum" page built also. The flash banner on the first page or header would have HSA + HDHP, these large letters would fade out and Health Savings Account and High Deductible Health Plan to explain what the letters stand for. Please stick with blue, red and/or green or shades of these colors. No music or sound. The menu would consist of HOME, HSA/HDHP, MEDICAL EXPENSES ALLOWED, CHARTS/GRAPHS, CASE STUDIES, REQUEST QUOTE, CONTACT, FORUM. This may change as the site is developed. I like this layout <[login to view URL]> because of the use of color and how it breaks up each subject in the bottom half of the page. <[login to view URL]> because the flash is over quickly <[login to view URL]>. I like the way the chart looks also and i'd like to do something like this. Simple, clean, one color scheme, and small articles with "read more" hyperlinks. <[login to view URL]> Please send me your url's when you bid.
