Need custom FLV player that slows down music related video and keeps pitch

Basically, I will be publishing piano instructional videos and want to give users the opportunity to slow down the player. I would like options on this custom player that actually say: *Full speed (100%) *Half speed (50%) *Quarter speed (25) *Turtle speed (15%) Now that I think of it, maybe even double speed (200%) so that they can fast forward through something they may already know. The importance, however, is that the PITCH doesn't change. Of course, audio will be slower but it should still be in the same pitch (especially since this is music-related and they depend on hearing the right music). Many freeware programs do this for audio (mp3s) but I dont know of any FLV players out there that do this. For a good example, download quicktime player and go to A/V CONTROLS from the "windows" screen. Exactly the way a video slows down without losing its pitch in quicktime is how i want my FLV player to do it. And that's it. End result is the ability to slow something down without pitch or major quality loss. If you can do it, you're hired! This player will be used for a number of files so it needs to be easy to install. Please, I don't need any suggestions that tell me to re-encode the video slower. I wouldn't be asking for this flv player if I had the time/energy to output and re-encode all these multiple versions of dozens of videos.
