Soldner Portal Website

We are opening a new gaming portal dedicated to the upcoming game Soldner:Secret Wars. (a uniquely designed clone of <[login to view URL]>). We will require a site written in PHP and MySQl capable, with: 1. Artwork. The site will require menuing, headers, footers, icons, bullets and so on, based on the Soldner theme. The downloadable FanSiteKit has many basics already. 2. Members Area. We need to be able to fully register members and manage their accounts. Site stats should appear here. Number of visits, their url, traffic stats in the Clan Links area described below, number of forum messages posted, etc. 3. Forum. Integrate PHPBB2 (opensource forum) into the site so that a Member can login from the front page of the site and access the forum without a second login. The forum should not be accessible to non-registered members. 4. Downloads. We will offer files for direct and linked download. 5. Clan Links. We need a Top Sites style Clan Links area, again linked in to the Members account. The member should be able to add their own clan link and view its current status in regards to hits In and Out from our site to theirs. 6. Points system. Users should earn points for each action on the site. Post a message, earn points. Upload a file, earn points. Post a news story, earn points. Download a file, lose points, and so on. This will be a gaming portal community and should be able to handle RSS feeds for importing daily news and updates from several sources. PHPNUKE can be used as a basis for the site, as long as all artwork is well done and a full PHPNUKE theme developed based on the Soldner game and a matching PHPBB2 forum theme goes with it.
