Website e-commerce

I would like to have a site in design and looks like [login to view URL] Some color changes of the interface etc will be made offcourse! This will be a webshop were you place a order (request),( attach a pic, doc etc. in a form). I will recive the orderform and make caluactions and send it back to the customer for approval. If the customer approves he/she will be linked to the "real" order site were he/she enters the "real" order and enter shipping adress and which payment method he /she wants. You should be familiar with "fakturera mig" from kreditor and creditcard payment systems. The site should be in two languages Swedsih and English. If it possible to make the site so it feels if you are for example not from sweden. So that the site will directly be in English. In the swedish site you should be able to choose to pay true "fakturera mig" or credit card, international customer have to choose creditcard. A customer login were the customer can track the order etc. Google search engine optomized. Etc. Further infomation will come when the project starts.
