XML based collapsible menu made in SwishMax/Flash

I need a vertical, collapsible flash menu for my site, preferably made in SwishMax as I would then be able to edit the source myself, but Flash would be ok too. The menu should get all of its information from a xml file. Requirements are: - The swf should be exactly 200x450 in size (width x height) - The font should be either Verdana or Arial - Vertical scrolling should be enabled when content exceeds the size of the swf (scrolling could be subtle up/down arrows in the lower-right corner) - The animation should display a message if the xml cannot be found/loaded I would prefer if colors can be customized (collected from the xml or FlashVars), but this is not absolutely required. I suggest that each xml contains the following information for each item: - Title - Url (optional - required only if the item is a link, not if it's a group) - Group ID - New (optional - used to indicate an update) I would like for the "New" value to contain the text to display, for localization reasons. This means 'new="NEW"' would display NEW, while 'new="NEU"' would display NEU after the title of the link. Suggestions/enhancements are also appreciated. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Any XML-capable version of Flash player.
