I need to learn how to build a socket server application that accepts connection from multiple clients, and relays information to an individual and specific client. The examples of socket server programs I have come across always have an error, or don't function to their fullest and I cannot figure out what's wrong to maintain it running. I don't know if this matters, but I am running IIS web server, the website will run from my web server...I particularly have not been able to run Apache or tomcat or wamp webserver, they don't work for me....the only web server I have been able to run is IIS.
