$1,000 for Custom WP Plugins, Theme Tweaks and DB Clean-up

I'm offering what I believe is a pretty generous amount for custom WP work. Approximate scope of work: - 3 Custom Plugins - Create Child Themes by Doing Custom Tweaks to Two Existing Themes, Including Making the Themes BuddyPress Compatible - Clean-up Database (especially the Options table and whatever else needs to be cleaned up in order to get rid of remnants of obsolete/inactive plugins) - Adjust W3 Total Cache settings for superior performance All the work will be done on a very busy website with lots of activity. The website gets over 10 million unique readers per month and on average, one comment is made every 2-5 minutes. The website is somewhat adult related, although it is not pornographic in nature. As such, I would need someone who's not gonna screw a perfectly working website up as that would have a negative impact on my community. Conditions: 1 - Milestone payments arrangements with a minimum of $500 to be paid no sooner than a month after completion of all work, in order to make sure the work does not contain bugs that won't surface immediately. Providers unwilling to work on bug fixes until all scripts perform 100%, regardless of how long it'll take need not apply 2 - You must be willing to work pursuant to the US work for hire laws, whereby all rights for the work will be relinquished in favor of buyer. That means - you are compensated with money, but I take all credit for the product so you won't be able to claim authorship or use the product in any way yourself 3 - You will be a shadow worker throughout the project. You must remain anonymous and confidential and never disclose you are or have worked on my site, not even when discussing prior experiences on freelance websites such as this one 4 - No cut and paste responses. If you can't custom write an invitation to discuss the project, I won't bother wasting my time talking to you 5 - Specifics will be discussed in private with select parties
