Make a Scheduling CalendarPlug-in

I have a need for a custom online scheduling calendar and form. There are too many plug-ins that support the needs I want, but require use of the plug-in developer's website to enable the features. I want a completely internal calendar and scheduling form plug-in. without the need to use a external site to enable features or unnecessary communication. Best looking calendar form plugin is [login to view URL] 's Appointment and Calendar Scheduling. It has the very requirements I want, but the plug-in is very buggy, and the developer is still working on a newer version of this plug-in. I would like my own Calendar and Scheduling form, that can sync with my Google Calendar's feed. (.ics feeds) If possible, be capable of syncing the Calendar on my website to my Google Calendar. The scheduling form aspect of the Calendar, I require my visitors to be able to select a day on the calendar. A form would pop-up showing the available times I have on that day. The visitor can then select an available time slot that isn't filled by a Google Calendar (Busy) event, or a prior scheduled event made through the website calendar. Of the Form options, I would need the form to be customizable, so I may add additional entries to the form, like costs, reservations, name, address, telephone, email, dropdown-menu's, radio button selections, if able to work with or mimic Contact Form 7 plug-in. On the front end of the plug-in which the visitor of the website should be able to see, On the page, the calendar should be capable of scaling to the visitors monitor resolution (fill in the browser window) widescreen or not. The calendar can be customized in color, look and feel from a calendar panel the visitor can see (when logged onto the website) displayed in the Visitors Profile setting page. The Visitor/user can customize the calendar look using 3 - 5 pre-defined color schemes (dark, light, grey, color, boring). Be able to customize notifications they receive. or to cancel a scheduled appointment. Customized notes can be typed into the event to allow the visitor to leave updates on the scheduled event/appointment. The calendar itself, be capable of custom styling using CSS files and/or follow the custom styling of the active theme As for the Wordpress Admin's Dashboard side of the plugin, I would need the calendar to be fully customizable within the plug-in's own settings menu. Allow for configuring external Syncing with Google Calendar (iCal, .ics) files. by feeds or by periodic download of the [login to view URL] file. The Plug-in must offer a view where I can see complete details of each scheduled event. Whether in Monthly, Weekly, Daily Agenda, and Posterboard. Options for customizing emails sent from the calendar/event form. Confirmation tracking and reminder options. For examples, [login to view URL] and Contact Form 7, as one plugin without the need for paid unlocking. (Contact Form 7 doesn't have a pay for option) Quite Possibly, you as the Freelancer won't have to do much at all. Because both plug-ins are installed, and I did pay for a [login to view URL] Pro license. The functionality if already installed and available, however the developer of the [login to view URL] plug-in hasn't resolved many issues with the plug-in.
