Image Specs Upload Tool

I need a very simple tool that lets someone upload an image file limited to png. It then needs to find the specifications and displays the fields shown in the attached file. 1. Needs to only allow certain types of files (i.e. png) 2. Needs to showing progress/loading when uploading and preparing the specs 3. Display all the specs displayed. If you can do this there will be more work for additional features discussed to those with demonstrated experience.
