Main features: PHASE 1 -Login - Two levels of user: Admin unser[Admin Panel]. Customer user [Customer interface] with relative functions for each -CMS -Message Board [select a customer from admin side, create a topic, post notes from admin to customer, customer to admin, upload a file, access records of past covnersations per topic] -generate an e-Referral -Request Form -Data verification on sign up PHASE 2 Sms interactivity to notify cuustomers on job aspects [notice posted, quote posted, arrival to a job, delay to a job etc] total hours to complete [includes testing] Phase 1: 35 [25 to build, 10 for testing] Phase 2: 7 [4 hours to build, 3 for testing] Payment Terms: on completion Phase 1: $250 Phase 2: $50 On completion of testing Phase 1: $100 Phase 2: $20 total on project: $420 + a performance bonus for smooth delivery and good job management and communication and any other aspects of meeting and exceeding requirements.
