Web Based Issue Tracking System - Java - GWT - Datastore (repost)

We need to create a website which can record and track various issues / tickets. Something like BugCollector , ZIRA Application Features Menu Options -User Management: page to create application user -Login: application user has to go through authentication process -Master list, this option allows user to create list of masters which he wants to use for segmentations -Master Data , data for master list -Ticket , option to create and update tickets -Search , ticket should have quick search and advance search options -System Configuration , screen where we configure all system needs like smtp and segments of ticket Technical Features -JAVA with GWT should be used as development platform -Database will be Google's Datastore -Application will be hosted at Google apps engine -MVP (as explained in GWT examples should be followed) -GWT UiBinder should be user for View Creation -Audit trail, System keeps history of all changes. -Notification / Subscription feature should exist for ticket changes. -To manage attached files with tickets ,System should have good file management features -The UI should be very user friendly, advance GWT widgets like Celltable, celltree should be used([login to view URL]) -Style should be managed in CSS -Multilingual (internationalization ) should be supported for constants and messages -JUnit test cases should be made for ticket related features -Client side validation should be applied using GWT-validation -Only authenticated users should be able to browse the application, we need to manage the authentication token in the project -System should be able to send e-mail notifications. -Over all look and feel should be user friendly -Should use master page concept , with header , footer coming on every page -Header should display Logged In user info , some label and Logo
