AMS-LMS Module

I have made a module for Accounts Management which includes leave management and appointment-relieving of employees. It yields summary statement and related reports. Its available at [login to view URL] This needs validations in javascript to be set properly , couple of pdf generation from html like for work order and invoice; form corrections where ever need be - though a lot of html has been done - but will need php to set functions into order. And possibly jQuery to provide a distinct feel to the software. Enclosed is a PDF doc that shows the content ... a lot of php files are already ready and interacting with the AMS database in MySql.. it needs reduction to kill repetitions and clean feel and look of pages. Most of the links are operative - though some corrections would be needed on the course. The module is basically to take related entries for Receivable, Payable and Reconciliation of Credit-Debit-Balance.... a transaction processing system. Receivable is from client - and it has provision for creating-generating work orders, invoice and receipts - same for Payable to vendors , employees and members, utility bills ... and the Balancing - the opening balance plus credits less debits = current balance. For employees leave management (apply-approve-intimate of grant/extend/ encash of leaves) has been included as also the letter of appointment and relieving. A good number of things are live and working but need corrections. ============ What I need is help / assistance in completing the module full and final. The Right Freelancer for the objective would be with solid command on PHP-Mysql-javascript-JQuery ..and be able to make a quick turn around . The freelancer will be expected to make Need Assessment Report thru visit to the said link and active interaction with myself. Upon satisfaction on the freelancer's understanding of the module I shall gleefully award the project for completion in the agreed number of days. I am open to re-do of the module afresh and elimination of superfluous contents. The access p/ws to ftp and mysql shall be provided , and the progress would be monitored live at an agreed interval between us. I shall be able to make milestone payments thru escrow account - no upfront expectation pls.
